Practice manager
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals in the delivery of patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

The business manager is responsible for all aspects of finance and the wider aspect of business management and development.

Operations manager – Weston House Surgery
Steve leads the reception team at Weston House. The receptionists arrange appointments, repeat prescriptions and deal with any enquiries. They also perform numerous administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the surgery.

Deputy operations manager
Shona deputises the reception team at Weston House alongside Steve. The receptionists arrange appointments, repeat prescriptions and deal with any enquiries. They also perform numerous administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the surgery. Shona is also responsible for the management of our Facebook and Google page.
Theresa Critchley, female
Reception manager
Theresa leads the reception and administration team at our Hatherley Surgery. The receptionists arrange appointments, repeat prescriptions and deal with any enquiries. They also perform numerous administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the surgery.
