This is to inform you that Dr Smith will be leaving Weston House Practice at the end of August to take a career break and pursue other interests.
Dr Smith has been a GP at the practice for the past 25 years and has cared for many patients during that time. We would like to thank him for his commitment to the practice and his contribution to patient care over the years.
Patients registered with Dr Smith do not need to take any action, the practice will continue to provide care through our team of GPs and healthcare professionals.
